Darin West, Please give all the dedicated staff at Belair Auto Body a very special thanks for all of their help in earning this Maryland Chevelle Club ( MCC ) Silver Award for achieving an evaluation score of 97.7%. That’s 684 points out of a possible 700 point evaluation criteria. A 90% score is required to earn the Silver award (The Max allowed for the first year). Next year a 95% score is required to earn the Gold Award and on the third year a 98% score is required to earn the Platinum. This 70 Chevelle is very close to Platinum, and with your continued support will continue to excel because the “Best” is the “Least” you all do.

I have used Belair previously for repairs on another (older) car. Having previously worked with Jeanette Kaminski on those repairs  I was confident and comfortable with entrusting the repair of this newly purchased and unfortunately damaged car.. This time around I worked with a gentleman named Tillman finding him to be genuinely  conscientious, pleasant  and thorough in his work. Once my claim had been assigned to Belair, I dropped off my car and quickly was picked up by the rental car company with little to no waiting (10 minutes).

On the following day I  received a call from Jeanette with details of the estimate and an accurate projection of when my car would be ready. On the day of pickup I was again in contact with Tillman getting up to the minute details  on the  timing as to when my car would be ready for pickup.

Finally, I needed to be picked from the rental car people ( they were swamped) and could not easily return me Belair. Tillman was good enough retrieve me so that I could get my car on time, as promised
I found the repairs where made perfectly. My car was clean inside, out and ready for pick up and I was told that my car had inspected by the shop manager Mike for a 2nd time to ensure that all was done correctly. Indeed it was.

I was pleased. 

I highly recommend Belair Auto Body and Collision Center should you need body work done. They are professional and passionate about doing the job correctly. My thanks to them.

While parking in underground garage, I scraped passenger door against a concrete post, removing quite a bit of paint. Belair returned the door to like-new condition.

I was greeted cheerfully upon arrival. Estimate performed rapidly with everything explained to me in detail. The car was ready two days later as promised. When I dropped the car, I'd planned to take a taxi home but the staff asked if I had a ride home and immediately offered to drive me when they learned that I did not. Likewise, they cheerfully offered to pick me up if I did not have a ride when the car was ready.

Outstanding work and customer service at a reasonable price. I heartily recommend Belair; now I would not take my cars anywhere else for body work.

Belair repaired a dent on the passenger-side door of my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT.

My nearly-new Elantra GT was a casualty of the Winter of 2013 as a result of being stuck against a pile of hardened snow.  I had to move the car, and the passenger door took the hit.  I stewed over this for 8 months before I contacted Belair.  Mike Garlick gave me a detailed and thorough estimate to restore the door to like-new condition.  The cost was very reasonable, and I was able to schedule my repair at a convenient time. 

The car was completed on-time, at the quoted price, looking as good as when it came out of the factory.  What more could I possibly want?  Mike and his staff are friendly, efficient, and leave you happy that you did business with them.  Actually, I DON'T want to be one of Belair's regular customers, but IF I need body work again they're my go-to guys. 

BTW, this was on MY dime, not the insurance company's money.

We have utilized the services of Belair twice already this year and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Belair installed a fiberglass cowl hood on our 2002 Chevrolet Camaro. The car looked like it rolled right out of the factory because the paint matched 100% and the body work to the hood was perfect. Our second job was for Belair to repair the damages to our 2011 Chevrolet Malibu caused from a rear-end collision. This was an insurance transaction and we did not incur any charges. Again, the work Belair did to our Malibu was exactly how it should have been...you would never be able to tell we were hit from behind.

Throughout both of our transactions with Belair we were always kept in the loop as to how repairs were going. The jobs were completed in the original time frames we were given and the outcomes in both transactions were better than we could have ever hoped for. Both the office staff and the guys working in the shop were great to work with...great customer service from everyone!! Don't go anywhere else for body work...you'll be sorry if you do!!

I took in a 2005 White Mustang with quite a bit of damage to the front right side. The insurance covered the repair to the front fender. I got a separate quote for prior damage, and they gave a very good price. The work was done very quickly – Belair Auto Body offered a one week turnaround. However, I was out of town for three days after the repairs were to be completed. Belair agreed to allow me to pick up the car after I returned to town. The front of the car looks brand new, and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car.  Belair went above and beyond to put the car in the best condition possible – they repaired an antenna that someone had repaired improperly before (with glue) and even replaced some of the lights that they noticed were out, so that I wouldn’t get a ticket. They went beyond professionalism to actually be hospitable. No one wants a damaged car, but these are exactly the people you want to do business with if you need collision damage repaired.  It’s a well run family business that I would recommend to family/friends

I Took my 2010 Silverado to Belair Auto Body for an insurance job repair. Slight damage to rear quarter, bumper and fender. Not only did they have the repairs done exactly when they said it would be done, but the job was perfect.  They even detailed the interior and exterior of the truck. It was cleaner than the day I drove it off the dealers lot. Good to see a reputable repair shop that goes the extra mile. A job well done. Also, their customer service was fantastic.

I took my 2009 Toyota Corolla into Belair Auto Body for repair of frnt end damage that a truck had coasted back on me and at Belair Auto Body they did an AWESOME job fixing My Car that it looks like New and it only took 7 days so I am so very Satisfied and I will always take My Car there and as for the Staff they were very nice and took our worries away as soon as we dropped off the car they took immediate response to getting the car back to her formal glory.

I’ve taken all of my vehicles to this shop, a 2002 Bmw 325i and 1999 Mercedes E320 to get body work done. They’ve done an awesome job, and I would highly recommend this facility. Also, I have a 1990 BMW 325i which was completely painted and I was highly satisfied with their attention to detail, paint job and warranty. The job was worth more than what I paid for. You will not go wrong with the repair or paint job. Trust me I’m a very picky person and I wouldn’t take my vehicles to any other place. Ask for Mike, he’s a True Professional!!!!!!!!!!!

I had damage to the paint from raw eggs being thrown at the car and a few other things that needed mending. They did a terrific job and I would definitely refer them to friends and would go there again if needed. Customer service was great. The young lady (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) I dealt with was personal/friendly/knowledgeable and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. The job was completed within the time frame that they said it would be. The cost of the repair was approximately $1800.00 (insurance paid all but the deductible) – they also worked with the insurance company. I was very happy with the whole experience there….customer service, quality of work, etc., etc.

I had front end auto body work on my Chevy 2500 HD 4*4 after a wreck. Belair Auto Body is second to none. The group of individuals Michael has there working for him are absolutely amazing and professional, prompt, and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of individuals to have work on my truck. They delivered on time and my truck looks better than it did when I bought it. They have went over and above anything I could have asked or imagined. I feel like I went there as a customer and left as a friend.
